Supporting fellow clinicians is one of my greatest passions — especially when it comes to the nuanced territory of trauma, attachment, and dissociation. Whether you're new to Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), integrating it into your current work, or navigating complex trauma presentations, I offer a space for thoughtful, grounded consultation that honors both the theory and the human in the room.
What I Offer
I provide:
· Individual and group consultation for licensed therapists, DBR trainees, and experienced clinicians seeking depth
· Case-focused support to explore clinical stuck points with attunement and care
· Skill-building and theoretical integration around trauma treatment, dissociation, and subcortical processing

A Note on Approach
I bring over a decade of experience in trauma-focused work, with advanced training in DBR, EMDR, and somatic approaches. I continue to receive consultation myself, and believe that ongoing mutual support and growth are essential to ethical, embodied practice.

$100 per 30 minute individual session ($200 for 55 minutes)
Group Consultation Fee: $125 per 2 hour session. Please email me for consultation group availability or to schedule an individual session.
DBR Experientials with Cara
I feel strongly that assisting clinicians interested in honing their skills is of vital importance, and that part of being a clinician is offering opportunities to other clinicians to deepen their skill set.
I am trained through level 3 in DBR as well as DBR Sudden Sound with Dr. Corrigan and in consultation with certified DBR consultants.
