Welcome! DBR has changed the way I am present in the world, allowing me to be more of who I am and more fully present to myself and those around me. I am excited to offer opportunities to help you on your journey...

Deep Brain Reorienting Consultation
In the spring of 2025, Dr. Corrigan asked me to start group consultations to help DBR clinicians continue their learning and hone their skill set. Individual and groups are available. Why work with me?
I will never forget the thrill of stumbling upon DBR, which actually heals attachment wounds. And I remember the overwhelm of completing L2 and L3 and wondering how the heck to put DBR into practice. I was very fortunate to engage in regular consultation almost immediately with Dr. Christie-Sands & Cindy Shrigley.

My DBR Consultation

As of August 2025, I’ve completed over 80 hours of consultation with the following consultants:
-
Dr. Frank Corrigan
-
Dr. Jessica Christie-Sands
-
Cindy Shrigley
-
Jan Cassidy
-
Fern Banner
-
Sarah Jenkins
I am in ongoing groups with Dr. Corrigan (case consultation, and consultation of my consultations) and meet with him individually. I have also trained in the Alexander Technique and regularly engage Martin Warner for consultation regarding AT interweaves for DBR.
DBR Training Assistant

I’ve have assisted in 12+ DBR trainings, including the role of Lead Assistant. The two in-person trainings I assisted were incredible experiences – I look forward to more in-person training in the future.
I’d be honored to help you continue to solidify your knowledge and move with confidence as you offer DBR to your clients, knowing that you are fully grounded in your knowledge and skills.

Let’s talk DBR!
Small Shifts. Profound Change.

You're wondering about the unusual logo. Good point! How does a math geek and statistician end up as a therapist, anyway?...well...during the messy time of my transition from my first life to my second one, I thought about a tattoo. I wanted to be deliberate on my new path, and also, I was a statistics geek back in the day. So I chose a lower case delta, to remind me to take small, deliberate steps.Once I started working with transformational therapies, I began to see: less is more, slow is fast. It matched up perfectly with the tattoo! Using EMDR, and now more often DBR, I have witnessed and been a part of such profound changes in the way people are present in the world. Myself included. And so, our logo was born...a combo of upper and lowercase deltas. Small shifts...profound change.
